1. Being in good judicial standing
2. Having full club rosters turned in by the appropriate deadline
3. A current and valid constitution on file with Hiram College Student Senate and OCI
4. Completed the Student Organization Annual Registration Form
5. Completed Fundraising Guidelines & Procedures Form
6. Completed Donation Collection Guidelines & Procedures Form

2. What type of programs the organization has put on for the campus, help to establish organization, etc.
